The DCMBL777 is a very compact machine considering the incredible 160 mph wind speeds generated. It weighs in at just 3.2 kilograms before you add the battery, meaning you can work for longer before getting fatigued, especially compared to previous generation blowers, and most definitely compared to a petrol machine. There are two ways to control the speed of the machine, first using the variable speed trigger, but also with the mode selection switch which starts in Eco, then Standard and finally Turbo. Using the Eco mode and the included 9.0 Amp-hour battery, you can expect to get about 17 minutes of runtime on a fresh charge. To conveniently see the remaining charge, there is a battery level indicator right beside the power level indicator.
