Delivery Information
 
All orders are carefully checked at picking and packaging stage, then dispatched to our customers through our logistics network.  We normally use Fastways tracked next day delivery service. 
 
For online orders the delivery charge just €5.95 incl. VAT

(We find most of our products fit into this price, but very Large items may cost more, and we will be in contact upon receipt of order if there is any difference)

Normal delivery termns are Next Day Delivery to customers in Ireland, on ex-stock products, received before 2pm. (Due to the current circumstances Next Day Delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed, as couriers and stores are under added pressure due to social distancing rules and other additional health and safety rules)  Occasionally, our stocks may not be as accurate as we would like, and an extended delivery date may be advised on a product if stocks are found to be incorrect in our warehouse.

Here at EPT our main goal is Customer Satisfaction, However, we do realise and know from experience that not every product is made the same or will suit the need of every job. We also know that from time to time a product will have a genuine fault. 
 
Can I return unwanted items? 
Yes, if for any reason you no longer require your goods, or you have ordered an incorrect item by mistake we will offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase if the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. If you wish to return and item back to us please phone our sales dept on 059 914 3300 to inform us.
 
You must report damage item(s) within 5 business days of receipt by contacting us at 059 914 3300. We will deliver out a replacement once we have received and inspected the original item. If you need the replacement item sooner we can create a second order, charge your credit card. Once the original damaged item(s) is received and inspected we will credit your account. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process. 
 
All deliveries must be inspected before signing for receipt. Failure to do so may invalidate any future warranty or carriage claim. Signed as 'Unchecked' or 'Unexamined' is not acceptable. If there are any signs of damage to the consignment then you must sign as 'Damaged'. Alternatively the delivery can be refused and the sender notified immediately. If you receive goods which have been damaged in transit then please repackage them immediately and notify us.
 
EPT reserves the right to refuse any item returned, that is deemed to have been used, damaged or worn for any reason other than being a genuine fault. Delivery and Collection charge's are non-refundable.
