This pack of two cordless nailers allows you to do both 1st fixing and 2nd fixing with the same batteries. The framing nailer is the DCN692 which has a brushless DC motor for excellent cordless runtime that is capable of running at two different speeds, equating to two levels of power. It has a reversible rafter hook that makes it easy to put the nailer down between uses. It holds up to 55 nails and can easily fire nails up to 90mm into softwoods and 63mm into hardwoods.
The finishing nailer is the DCN660 which also has a fantastic brushless motor in a compact and lightweight package that is extremely capable on the jobsite. It is designed to be used completely toollessly, even with gloves on - allowing you to adjust the firing depth, add more nails, clear jams and release stalls. Both of the nailers can operate in single shot mode or bump fire mode. The kit is supplied with two 18 Volt XR Lithium-ion batteries which each have a 5.0 Amp-hour capacity, as well as a multi-voltage charger that will often be able to recharge one battery as you use the other.
