B542 is a fast curing medium strength anaerobic sealant designed for the locking and sealing of metal pipes and fittings and helps prevents loosening and leakage due to shock and vibration.
The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces.
B542 is resistant to hydraulic fluids, oils, fuel and coolants. Ideal for threads, hydraulic and pneumatic fittings.

• Clean surfaces to be bonded with
B7063 Solvent Cleaner and allow to dry
• Apply adhesive to the surface and
assemble parts
• When the cure speed is slow use B7649
